4. Third-Party AI Services

Our services integrate with third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google), automation platforms, hosting providers, and other infrastructure services. Client materials, instructions, and system output may be processed by the providers identified during onboarding or otherwise approved for the client's system. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. When clients maintain and pay for provider accounts directly, their use of those accounts is also governed by the agreements between the client and the applicable provider.

We use client information only as reasonably necessary to build, operate, maintain, support, and improve the client's contracted system. We do not sell client information or use it to build systems for unrelated clients.

5. Restricted Data and Credentials

Unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing and establish appropriate safeguards, clients must not submit sensitive or regulated data to our services. This includes Social Security numbers, payment-card or bank-account information, protected health information, student records, personal information concerning children or minors, and information subject to professional confidentiality or a third-party nondisclosure obligation.

Passwords, API keys, access tokens, and other credentials must be provided only through the secure credential fields or access methods we designate. Credentials and restricted data must not be placed in AI prompts, knowledge-base source material, ordinary email, or messaging channels.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If we become aware of unauthorized access, use, or disclosure affecting information a client provided under a project agreement, we will notify the affected client as required by that agreement and applicable law and will reasonably cooperate to investigate, contain, and remediate the incident.

7. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Much of a client's system data remains in accounts controlled directly by that client. Following termination, we remove our access as described in the applicable project agreement and retain only the information reasonably required for legal, accounting, security, backup, or dispute-resolution purposes.

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information:
