Quality checkpoints

Why our clients don't produce AI slop!

Anyone can drop a prompt into any AI and get content back. That doesn't mean the content is good. More importantly, it doesn't mean it works.

The reason our clients have seen so much success is that every piece of content our Content Agent writes has to pass specific checkpoints before we let a client see it for approval.

We're proud of the content it creates. We're just as proud of how many disasters we stopped before they saw the light of day.

Here is a small sample of what happened:

99

articles we chose not to write

Each one was in line to be written. A checkpoint stopped it first, so no client paid for it and no client had to reject it.

  • 95 repeated an article the business already had
  • 3 were written for the wrong buyer
  • 1 added nothing new
Caught in the draft

The words get checked

254of 277

first drafts were sent back for another pass. Almost nothing passes first time.

141

first drafts stated a figure or fact nobody could back up.

12

customer stories the AI exaggerated, rewritten to what the customer actually said.

0

made-up claims about a client's business reached the final checkpoint.

Caught under the hood

So does everything you can't see

Good writing on a broken page still loses. Every article is also checked for the technical problems that stop search engines and AI from trusting it.

163

technical problems caught in first drafts. About one draft in two had at least one.

11

more fixed automatically at the final checkpoint.

21

articles rejected outright and replaced with a fresh one.

Three checkpoints, every piece

  1. 1

    Before a word is written

Is this question worth answering for this business, and does the business already have the answer?

  2. 2

    After the draft

The draft is checked against every checkpoint. Anything that fails goes back for a rewrite.

  3. 3

    Before you see it

One final checkpoint. Anything that still fails is thrown out and replaced. Only then does it reach you for approval.
